Who We Are
Sindri is a product of Martello Systems. When this policy refers to "Sindri," "we," or "us," it means Martello Systems operating the Sindri service at sindri.build.
What We Collect

- —Project descriptions and responses submitted through our intake form.
- —Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers — Stripe handles all payment data directly.
- —Communications you send to us via email.
- —Basic usage data (pages visited, timestamps) collected through standard server logs.
How We Use Your Information
- —To scope, quote, and deliver your software project.
- —To process payments through Stripe.
- —To communicate with you about your build status, delivery, and post-delivery support.
- —To improve our service and intake process.
What We Do Not Do
- —We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- —We do not use your project details, business logic, or proprietary information in other customer builds.
- —We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. Communications are limited to your active engagement.
- —We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or advertising networks.
Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Sindri. Each has its own privacy policy governing your data:
- —Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.
- —Clerk — authentication, if you create an account. Subject to their privacy policy.
- —Vercel — hosting infrastructure. Standard server logs only.
Data Retention
- —Project data (intake responses, build specifications) is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 90 days after final delivery.
- —Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
- —You may request deletion of your project data at any time by emailing us. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Cookies & Analytics
Sindri uses essential cookies required for the site to function (session management, authentication). With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept our cookie banner — decline and no analytics or tracking cookies are loaded. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we would our own.
